OUR STORY
Since its establishment in 2019, Studio JINNE has been pointing out the importance of visual aesthetics and its influence not only on how we feel in spaces and how we live in them, but also the influence and power of visual marketing which it has on the real estate market.
The portfolio of our services as a living element develops and grows every year with the expanding range of clients and their needs, but also thanks to our vision and ideas, which gradually come to life from our mood boards and all the notes in the notebooks.

Zuzana Mach
co-founder
Zuzana is creative and energy source behind each project. Her practice began in the field of high-end real estate back in 2004. She is the founder of a boutique real estate agency and the driving force behind JINNE, where she takes care of the acquisition of new clients
and strengthening relationships with existing clients. She believes in long-term quality relationships, which is why personalities from the ranks of diplomats, businessmen, celebrities and corporations return to Zuzana. Her creativity and energy also extends to the field of marketing and strategic development of the company.
„I find beauty in many interior styles and cultures. However, when it comes to a personal choice, I'll go for sophistication, timelessness and elegance. Minimalist interior with a touch of eclectic. I like to surround myself with raw and natural elements. As I get older, I source vintage objects and living with art is a must. I admire work of the architects Vincent Van Duysen and Axel Vervoordt."
Martina Zárubová

Life is art — Martina's especially. Her seven-year work experience in an art gallery is reflected in her approach to projects in JINNE. She takes care of home staging and photo staging designs, chooses the ideal style for your property and manages and overlooks implementation of each stage when it comes to execution of the project.
Her ability to transform any room into a beautiful space even with limited resources will enchant you and your clients. At the same time, you can look forward to her patient and optimistic approach, she will personally consult with you on all the practical implementation steps.
„I like relaxed elegance with a touch of the exotic. Minimalism does not stand a chance in my home. I prefer a distinctive space in which life can be seen, a combination of old and new. My weakness is love of various art objects such as vases, sculptures and paintings. I admire Art Nouveau architecture for its elaborate details, but also Wabi Sabi philosophy speaks to me."
